Playing about with my Skincare Routine

I have been having great fun playing around with South Korean skincare methods this year. (Check January 11th for my last update about such). Over the last couple of months I’ve got really into tissue masks and essences and this week I’ve been trying out serums and night masks. Next week after thoroughly enjoying the Garnier Tissue Mask I’m finally getting around to trying some of the different Boots Own ones.

So, my current routine:

Daily
AM –

Cleanse;
Simple Micellar Water
Simple Purifying Cleansing Lotion

Tone;
Simple Pore Minimising Toning Cleanser
Simple Toner

Essence;
B. Refreshed Essence Lotion (added since January and really liking it as sort of an additional toner ie. skin preparation for treatments and moisturisers)

Treat;
Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Blemish Stick where needed
Simple Rapid Action Spot Zapper where needed
Simple Age Resisting Eye Cream
Simple Revitalising Eye Roll-On
Eumovate Cream

Serum;
Botanics Hydration Burst Light Serum (Added this week, so far it seems ok as in I’m enjoying using it, but obviously nothing noticeable to talk about as yet)

Moisturise;
Simple Age-Resisting Moisturiser Day Cream
Simple Illuminating Radiance Cream (SPF 15)
Double Base

PM –

Cleanse;
Simple Cleansing Oil (Been using this for a few months and I’m really loving it, it’s such a lovely gentle clean)
Simple Age Resisting Facial Wash

Tone;
Simple Toner

Treat;
Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Blemish Stick where needed
Simple Rapid Action Spot Zapper where needed
Botanics Triple Age Renewal Hydrating Eye Serum (Really liking it, seen a distinct lessening in shadows under my eyes since using it)
Boots Coconut Body Oil (Started using this after doing massages with coconut oil – really love it as a quick emergency dry skin treatment)
Eumovate Cream

Essence;
B. Refreshed Essence Lotion

Serum;
Witch Overnight Clearing Serum (Nothing to report back on as yet.)

Moisturise;
Simple Age-Resisting Moisturiser Night Cream
Double Base
B. Radiant Overnight Mask (Seriously loving this after trying a selection of overnight masks some of which were heavy, some didn’t absorb, some left weird white marks on my face!)

Twice Weekly

Simple Deep Cleansing Face Mask

Weekly

Biore Self-Heating Charcoal Facemask
Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask

As Needed

Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Nose Pore Strips (At one stage these were a twice weekly thing so I’m pretty confident my routine is cleansing my pores pretty well!)

Every Three to Six Months

Facial at 154 Beauty
