Well currently I’ve decorated for virtual Pride so we have more bunting than usual.
Usually though we have a couple of pride flags on various shelves tucked into ornaments. I have a whole lot of stickers on my computer saying such intellectual things as “Spill the Tea”, ” Reading is Fundamental” and “Miss Vanjie”. I guess that’s really a sign of quite how much RuPaul and American gay speech has seeped into the queer UK mainstream.
Oh wow though our DVD collection and our library…
We have quite a few Quiltbag movies and an awful lot of books on gender theory and stuff widely accepted to be in the Sapphic and or Trans canons.
I’m painting trellises in Pride Flag colours for the garden too… we are pretty solidly queer in this house.
