I went to the supermarket looking for beef or lamb or pork because they never have bird carcasses in Japan. However apparently they do for Christmas!
They also sell them with giblets intact. It’s not as easy as drawing a rabbit! I am glad living with FFG gives me reasonably recent experience of drawing a bird though! Even if turkeys are damn different to pheasants!
