Turns out that if I am told that wings are served with ghost pepper hot sauce then I’ll avoid them, if I am tempted to a pub by FJ and tennis who then provides me with hot wings and I don’t find out what pepper is in then until I’m half way in… well then it turns out I’m a fan.
Pretty confident that that’s about as hot as I can take whilst still enjoying the taste, much hotter and I think you start losing flavour. They were good though.
In other news can confirm it’s not just strawberries and cream that goes with tennis, I’m also a fan of hot wings and tennis.
